The panorama is already breathtaking at the starting point of this hike. And it gets even better along the way to the top. On the summit of Munt Pers, there is a beautiful 360 degrees panorama. It’s surely worth the hike, although the most spectacular part of the panorama -the Piz Palü, Piz Bellavista and Piz Morteratsch- is already visible along the route. We found some small fields of snow just beside the path (we hiked it in August). One thing to keep in mind: although the text talks about “surefootedness”, there is also a label “easy” on this hike. One thing is for sure: the path is anything but easy. Some hiking experience is certainly recommended, as well as sturdy hiking boots.
