Chesa Veglia: Grill Chadafö
Chadafö Grill is the third restaurant in the Chesa Veglia operated by Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. It sets the perfect stage for an elegant dinner based on the great French culinary tradition.
Specialities include grilled Bresse chicken, rack of lamb with Engadine herbs, Châteaubriand from the charcoal grill and flambéed Filet de Boeuf Voronoff – all of which can be ordered as “Grosses Pièces” for several people. Grill Chadafö’s first-class produce, great barbecue tradition and skilled Maîtres inspire international guests, and the restaurant has been awarded 15 GaultMillau points.
