Past the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bain, the hiking trail leads up to the former Olympic ski jump. Cross the car park and behind the clay pigeon stand the path leads up into the snow-covered forest. After about a 15 minutes walk up, you will reach the Lej Nair. At the fork, take the left path up to Lej Zuppò. Now the trail leads downhill until shortly before Surlej. Keeping to the right, you come back to Lej Nair. From there, follow the same path back to the starting point.
